大家有没有发现今年精英中学考试结果和前几年比有点偏差，今年是裸考没有学校分加持，所以个别还不错的oc考 ...

这届精英当年考OC的时候也没考试分，但是题型是变了。考OC的时候还是GA呢。据说新的题型总的来说对男孩比较有利。

根据今年的报告是平均打7.3% discount? 明年就不知道了。FB上已经有家长说应该把naplan考好然后考selective那天生病。。。。明年如果工党上台能不能把政策改回来呀。

How many initial offers were made under the Equity Placement Model for selective high schools?
Initial offers for 2023 entry in to selective high schools were released on Friday 19 August 2022. In the first year of the Equity Placement Model, fewer than half of the equity places held were offered:

369 out of 860 equity places held, or 8.7% of the 20% have been offered
The vast majority of places will be offered as usual to general applicants (91.3% of 4,253)
There were slightly more equity places offered to partially selective high schools and regional agricultural high schools (average of 11.3% out of the 20%) compared to fully selective high schools (average of 7.3% out of the 20%)

前两年OC第一次没有学校分的时候我们家附近的小学一下考了6，7个OC的，往年都是1，2个的。感觉还是没有学校分更公平呀，毕竟每个学校的打分标准也不一样，还要根据参加考试的同学scaling。

我记得说的是弱势群体有自己的reserve list, 如果弱势群体的reserve list完了还有空缺位置会放回到普通孩子的reserve list里。

今天无意中刷到一个视频是JR搞的和往届学生晚宴，校长说今年要招收up to 10% low socio-educational advantage还有5%aboriginal，然后台下面所有人鼓掌，接下来校长说的是这些人我们就不会要求他们交各种杂费，捐款就更不会要求了，所以请到会的大家多多捐款。。。

除了500+500还有school contribution, technology fund和P&C捐款， 加起来也快一千了。。。school contribution和technology fund还不能退税，看着账单觉得这是公校吗。。
